We are dedicated to ensuring the prompt delivery of our fresh products under normal conditions, as outlined below
- Orders placed before 9 am will be delivered on the same day, on or before 5 pm.
- Orders received after 9 am will be scheduled for delivery the following day, on or before 5 pm.
- Please note that in exceptional circumstances, these delivery timelines may be subject to change. If this occurs, we will notify customers in advance.
- We will not be delivering any fresh or frozen seafood products on Fullmoon ( Poya days ).
